1. Banana slicer: Because customers want banana slices of different shapes, they choose a multifunctional banana slicer with adjustable thickness and shape. There are many shapes of cutting prevention holes on the top of this machine, and you can choose round, long-piece, or oblique round according to your needs.
2. Banana elevator: The main function of this machine is to feed materials and play a role in the connection of the production line.
3. Banana Chip Fryer: Due to the customer's relatively large production scale and the space available for the plant, we recommended and customized this continuous frying machine for our customers. This fryer produces less oily smoke. Due to the design method of oil-water separation, the residue generated during the frying process can be filtered to keep the frying oil clean and save fuel consumption. According to the customer's requirements, we have equipped an oil storage tank and added a design of a dial wheel and an oil spray function at the feed port to ensure that the banana slices are fried more evenly.
4. Banana slice de-oiling machine: After frying, the banana slices are de-oiled. We have chosen a vibration de-oiling machine for our customers. After de-oiling, the excess oil can be collected for secondary use.
5. Banana slice air dryer: adopts the principle of downward air blowing, and air-cooling is performed during the material conveying process.
6. Banana chip seasoning machine: The choice of roller seasoning machine can help customers process materials in batches. It has its own dusting function and is very automated.
