How To Operate Frying Chips Production Line

If you want to use the potato chips manufacturing line to produce delicious potato chips, you need to be proficient in this to avoid the quality problems of fried potato chips.The key points include the following points:
1. The frying chips production line should be placed on a flat surface to ensure smooth operation, remove the protective film on the surface.
2. According to the principle diagram, connect the power supply to the frying line.
3. The ground treatment must be carried out before the housing.
4. The first time using the potato chips line, people need to clean the inside of the furnace body, shut down the sewage valve, open drain valve, add water to the drain valve until the oil outlet valve overflows. Then the oil drain valve is closed.
5. According to the requirements of the edible oil, oil surface height of at least not less than 50mm.
6. Connect the main power switch knob to the open position, the power indicator will become bright.
7. When the temperature is set, the line will work properly.
Only the regular maintenance of the frying machine can always maintain a good state, the machine should horizontal placed, the liquid level is above the tube surface 10mm to prevent air heating (air burn), high temperature caused by electric heating tube will causing premature break.The long-term use need to regularly clean up and deposit material scale. 1. Heating tubes should be cleaned up at least four times a month.
2. Clean up the residue on the surface of the frying machine in time, The residue can not be accumulated too much or too thick to prevent the heat stored in the slag caused by fire.
3. The gas into the furnace body function must be fried before power, so as not to burn the electric heating tube.
